sooooooo… if i want to recreate myself i have to be willing to step into the unknown (cue Elsa!) and into what’s unplannable / unpredictable….
a video about how i did that at salesforce.com, and how i feel the parallels now:

while you might think in the video “wow he’s looking so sharp!” there, but no, the style was incidental… i was out running, i had some inspiration and wanted to capture it right away before it fluttered away. those inspo moments are as delicate as butterflies.
that’s been working: using my phone to capture short audio/video snippets in the moment i’m inspired. some i post right to tiktok/instagram, some to LinkedIn, and some i save.
i’m going to be doing more of that. it feels good to have some content momentum after a long haul of not feeling dem vibes!

ps: had lunch with my dad and he said: “wtf is this stuff you’re posting? I don’t get it.” (ok i’m paraphrasing to make this more dramatic heh)
me: “well you’re not my audience… etc etc”
lots of people won’t ‘get’ you when you do new stuff. until much later.
love you dad :)
Dude. YES. If people don’t think your crazy then your not making a ripple. If people tell you I don’t understand what your doing- that’s means your on the pulse- that your hot on the chase- of an unknown destination. Being one with the universe means you give up control and let your soul blast off. To where? Who knows but it’s going to be one hell of a RIDE. 🌍 🌙-Tweedy 🦆
