the future of amplifying leaders

more impact, less time
1

exhaustion, anxiety and uncertainty rule the c-suite / leaders like never before.

“The why” is no mystery: we bring work home, home has become work, and the ‘chaos temperature’ of the world is rising (and will continue to do so).

executives feel like they’re working as hard or harder than ever, but with fewer results… or at least more emotional stress.

they struggle to find new tactics and techniques that work for them.  Everything is available on google… every tactic in the world….  But that also makes it impossible to find anything relevant and useful!

there’s also something lost when we do work remotely ; the connections, the energy when we’re around people

even when you find a good solution, how do you fit that into your life?
as a person, parent, as a great leader…

when we’re together, we often share inspirational stories, ideas, tactics, and be less lonesome.

being around others with similar experiences, it’s less lonely and we find ways to uplift each other.

sure there are CEO/Executive groups that share tactics and the emotional journey, but that doens’t work for most CEOs.  either because of schdule, cost or relevancy.

There NEEDS be a new way for leaders to learn from other RELEVANT leaders, who are REAL people who honestly want to help others…. and without the humble-bragging that has taken over LinkedIn.

This is, and will be, the biggest challenge teams face in the future.
