One of the things that I struggle with most is getting things that are important and require consistent weekly work done, but if I block time out for them, then my work day calendar is nearly full: they aren't events, and I need to leave my calendar open so that other people can book time with me. How then do you get these things -- like prospecting, sales follow-up, finishing some training/reading -- that are important and sit on the 2do list but don't necessarily make sense to book time in the calendar for?
